Girls Inc. of the Greater Capital Region inspires all girls to be strong, smart, and bold^sm.  With centers in Albany and Schenectady, girls ages 5-18 can participate in free afterschool programs in Career & Life Planning, Health & Sexuality, Leadership & Community Action, Sports & Adventure, Self-Reliance & Life Skills, and Culture & Heritage.
