Jennifer L. MacPhee is the National Financial Advisor Development Program (FADP) Performance Executive for Merrill Wealth Management. In her role she oversees the Merrill training program which has approximately 3,500 financial advisors currently enrolled across the country, making it the largest training program of its kind in the industry.

Jennifer also serves as the Market President for the
Albany/Hudson Valley Region for Bank of America, providing leadership for business, civic and philanthropic activities throughout New York State.

Jennifer has 28 years of experience in the financial services industry, 18 of which are with Bank of America and its predecessors.
 Jennifer began her career with the firm in 2001 as a financial advisor with predecessor firm Fleet Private Bank, working her way up to Regional Executive with U.S. Trust. In 2011, Jennifer became the Merrill Lynch Market Executive for the New York Capital Central Market, based in Albany, N.Y.  In this position, which she held for 8 years, she led 9 offices and approximately 220 Financial Advisors, Client Associates and Administrative staff. Prior to joining Bank of America, Jennifer was a Certified Public Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand.

Jennifer graduated from Ithaca College with a BS in Accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a Certified Financial Planner.

Active in the community, Jennifer currently serves as a Board Member of the Center for Economic Growth, Capital Region Chamber of Commerce and the Albany County Business Advisory Board.
 In addition, she is the past Co-President of the 50 Group and past Chair of the Albany Chapter of the Forum for Executive Women.  Jennifer was recognized by the Capital District Business Review in 2005 as one of the Region’s top executives, receiving the “40 Under 40” Award. In 2016, Jennifer was awarded the Beacon of Hope Award by the American Cancer Society and the Female Executive of the Year Award by Best Buddies New York.

Jennifer lives in Loudonville with her husband David and has two children, Brendan and Jillian, both in college.
